Growing up, I dreamed of being a farmer. My grandfather farmed all his life, and every chance I would get to go help, I would. He passed away and, for a time, that dream of helping on the family farm vanished. I went to college and majored in Agronomy Management and Agricultural Business at Illinois State University. After graduating college, I got a job with AgReliant Genetics in Elmwood, IL, my hometown. While there, I was in charge of helping our growers get the seed corn in without any issues while also managing the detassling crews and the machines to cut and pull my fields.
Marriage moved me to Carlinville Ililinois where I worked as a farmhand. There I helped farm around 4000 acres while also working cattle. Before moving back home I landed a job with Triangle Insurance in the Loss Control department inspecting grain facilities, chemical and fertilizer plants, and feedmills.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my two kids, Michelina and Bennett and my wife Emily. Our families are rooted in Ag and I hope to raise my kids to enjoy these great gifts God has given us.
My work experience has given me a greater, hands-ion understanding of the inputs and outputs associated with the farm. This paired with my rich network of connections puts me in a great position to get your land sold quickly and for an optimal price.
